The Fit Lab Health and Fitness in Toowoomba QLD is seeking a Senior MSK Physiotherapist and Practice Lead. You will shepherd a high-performing clinical team, mentor new grads and drive partnerships with sport organisations while maintaining a robust MSK and sports caseload.

Lead day-to-day clinical direction, contribute to workforce planning and help grow the practice through strategic relationships and service development. A leadership-focused role with clinical excellence at its core.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of physiotherapy experience with MSK/sports focus.
• Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Active interest in sport and athlete performance.
• Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for growing a practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for MSK and sports clients.

What you will lead

• Provide exceptional assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for MSK and sports clients.

About you

• 10+ years of physiotherapy experience, with strong expertise in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.
• Current AHPRA registration and appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience is essential, including the ability to lead a clinical team, mentor physiotherapists and build a positive, accountable culture.
• A genuine and active interest in sport and athlete performance.
• Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for helping grow a practice.
• A collaborative, accountable and encouraging leadership style.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
