HealthcareLink Trust in Marsden Park, NSW is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist for a permanent, full-time role with a flexible work-from-home option. Salary offers range from AUD 100,000 to AUD 130,000 per year, with monthly performance bonuses and novated lease options.

The clinic provides a supportive environment, admin support, and ongoing professional development, with opportunities to work alongside speech pathologists, OTs, ABAs and psychologists.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience in working with clients with disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise, negotiate, and collaborate with diverse groups.
• Provide direct client contact through 1:1 sessions, group programs, parent training, assessments, and report writing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client contact through 1:1 sessions and group programs.
• Perform assessments and prepare detailed reports.
• Deliver parent training and support planning for families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and psychologists.
