Job summary

Healthcarelink Support is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist for a Marsden Park NSW clinic with flexible WFH options. The role offers a full-time schedule, competitive pay ($100k–$130k AUD annually) and a supportive, development-focused environment.

You will work with children and families, delivering assessments and therapy, while benefiting from salary packaging, performance bonuses and comprehensive admin support to focus on client care.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience working with clients with disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to liaise, negotiate and facilitate activities.
• Direct client contact through 1:1 sessions, group programs, parent training, assessments and report writing.
• Experience managing a diverse caseload.

• Provide speech pathology services to clients including assessments and therapy sessions.
• Deliver 1:1 and group sessions, and parent training.
• Collaborate with other therapists and admin to coordinate care.

  Requirements:
