Metro North Health is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist (Paediatrics) to deliver high-level clinical services across Caboolture Hospital. You will manage outpatients and inpatients, lead VFSS clinics and developmental screening, and contribute to education and service development.

The role focuses on advanced assessment and intervention for complex feeding, swallowing and communication needs, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and evidence-based practice within a multidisciplinary team.

About the roleAs a Senior Speech Pathologist (Paediatrics), you will deliver high-level, contemporary speech pathology services to infants, children and their families across a diverse range of specialised clinical areas at Caboolture Hospital. This includes responsibility for the outpatient paediatric videofluoroscopic swallow study (VFSS) clinic, post-acute feeding clinic, inpatient neonatal feeding services, and developmental screening and diagnostic services within the outpatient paediatric allied health clinic.In this senior clinical role, you will provide expert assessment, intervention and consultancy services while promoting integrated, holistic and evidence-based care.
