Job summary

Ability Action Australia in Sydney is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to deliver services in homes, schools and the community across the Inner West and surrounding areas. You''ll manage your own caseload and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes.

You will use evidence-based therapy to build communication skills and independence, with supervision and professional development opportunities, salary packaging, and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience as a practising Speech Pathologist.
• Strong time management to handle a varied caseload.
• Passion for supporting people with disability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech pathology services in homes, schools and the local community.
• Manage and prioritise your own caseload.
• Complete observations and standardised assessments to set meaningful goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy that builds communication skills and independence.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes.
