Job summary

SensesWA is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join the Armadale hub in South Metro Perth. This permanent, full-time role offers a supportive, multidisciplinary team, with flexible caseloads spanning paediatric and adult clients and a focus on person-centred, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and CPSP status.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field.
• Current Drivers Licence.
• Working With Children (WWC) Check.
• NDIS Workers screen and First Aid certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a transdisci­plinary team.
• Ability to plan, implement and deliver person-centred, evidence-informed services.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interventions predominantly in homes, schools and community settings.
• Work within dedicated transdisciplinary teams to provide family- and person-centred supports.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to entry-level Speech Pathologists.
• Tailor caseloads across paediatric and adult clients based on interests and expertise.
