Job summary

Down South Therapy is seeking a Speech Pathologist Team Leader or Senior Clinician to support children, adolescents and adults, delivering meaningful therapy across school-based and community settings in Perth's southern suburbs and Peel region.

You will mentor and support a small group of therapists, contribute to shaping our speech pathology service, and collaborate with families, educators and other professionals to drive clinical excellence and sustainable service development.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with required credentialing.
• Experience guiding or mentoring clinicians is desirable.
• Ability to work across school and community settings.

Responsibilities

• As a Speech Pathologist Team Leader or Senior, provide individual and group therapy.
• Mentor and supervise other therapists within the team.
• Develop functional, client-centred therapy plans.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals.
• Help shape service direction and clinical practice.
