A healthcare support organization in Queensland is hiring Speech Pathologists to provide therapeutic services across various settings. We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed. We have a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their family.

We are growing our team and would love to welcome experienced and dynamic Speech Pathologists eager to be part of a multidisciplinary team and make a difference. Successful candidates will be providing supports to cover NDIS participants living in the Tuggerah, Wyong, Central Coast and surrounding areas.
Our team assists individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals. No two days will look the same! We strive to provide a caseload that includes your experience and interests. We have mixed caseloads covering areas of early intervention including infants 0-12 months; feeding, early language, parent coaching; paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC. You can gain experience across all clinical areas across the lifespan! We are passionate about supporting you in your journey and have clinical and operational pathways for career progression.
On a personal level, we are a diverse and passionate Speech Pathology team who each have unique interests and passions. We are supported regionally by a large team of speech pathologists on the Central Coast and the Hunter area and have consistent connection with access to professional development within a national team of Speech Pathologists. We believe in collaboration within the multidisciplinary team and participants’ key stakeholders and are passionate about clinically excellent, neuroaffirming practices that help our team members, and our participants get more out of life, today.
You might find us in childcare centres, schools, homes, and/or our clinic spaces and even outreach locations (as part of our AAA Adventurer Program!). Our team are a mix of experience levels and enjoy coffee, memes, and our monthly meeting, well-being check ins and upskilling in clinical areas. We have regular online meetings, so wherever you live in the Hunter Region, you'll be part of a big team. We work closely with the MDT (including Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists) and can be found regularly lunching together and celebrating our wins.
