Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join our South Western Sydney team in Campbelltown or surrounding areas, handling a diverse community-based caseload.

You will deliver evidence-based speech pathology services to NDIS participants while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and supporting graduates and early-career clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience delivering high-quality speech pathology services, ideally in disability/community settings.
• Experience supervising or supporting graduate/early-career clinicians.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Speech PathologistinCampbelltown or surrounding areasto join our South Western Sydney team, supporting a varied community-based caseload.

In this role you will:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes
• Provide informal support and guidance to graduate and early-career clinicians through collaboration and shared practice
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and clinical discussions, drawing on your experience
