About the role
The Senior Specialist - Workforce Planning, Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN) is accountable to the Executive Director, People and Culture and works closely with the Executive Director, New Women's and Children's Hospital (New WCH) Project to lead the development, implementation evaluation and continuous improvement of WCHN’s complex workforce strategy and planning agenda. The role provides specialist expertise and guidance for major workforce planning initiatives including the workforce transition and commissioning requirements associated with the New WCH Project.
