JM Consulting is seeking a Senior Special Counsel to contribute to the growth of its disputes practice in Sydney. The role offers a pathway to partnership or a salaried Partner appointment for the right candidate.

You will work on sophisticated, high-value disputes, with autonomy over litigation strategy and client management, while mentoring junior lawyers and helping grow the firm’s practice area.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' PQE with substantial experience in commercial litigation or related complex dispute resolution.
• Strong ability to lead sophisticated matters, manage senior client relationships and litigation strategy.
• Interest in business development, mentoring lawyers and contributing to strategic growth of a specialist practice.

Responsabilités

• Lead sophisticated disputes with significant autonomy over litigation strategy and matter delivery.
• Develop and manage client relationships, expanding the firm’s dispute resolution portfolio.
