Job summary

Quectel is seeking a technically skilled engineer to act as the first responder for customer inquiries, diagnosing issues remotely or on-site across the product lifecycle. You will build deep expertise across 4G/5G modules, GNSS, Wi-Fi/BLE, radar, antenna, and power modules, and craft technical solution documents and training materials.

In the prototype phase, you will review schematics, provide PCB guidance, advise on RF matching, and optimize power consumption to help customers get it right

Qualifications

• Handle customer technical inquiries and diagnose issues remotely or on-site.
• Develop deep product portfolio expertise across 4G/5G modules, GNSS, Wi-Fi/BLE, radar, antenna, power modules.
• Provide technical support during prototype design: schematic review, PCB guidance, RF debugging.
• Improve SDKs, documentation, and reference designs based on customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first responder for customer technical inquiries.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive engagement with internal R&D to minimize issue resolution cycle time.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and R&D to feedback requirements and create knowledge base content.
