Job summary

SystemCanada is seeking a seasoned professional to lead an experienced Solutions Architecture team in the network and unified communications space. The role blends hands-on architectural work with team leadership to deliver complex client solutions.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Project Managers and Senior Solutions Consultants to craft and present offerings, while mentoring the team and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Services or Solutions Management role with technical and business experience.
• Tertiary qualifications in a technical and/or business discipline.
• Experience providing technical solution offerings within unified communications.
• Experience delivering complex network solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing complex VoIP and Voice solutions (WAN/LAN).
• Solid understanding of Voice and UC principles (traditional and IP).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of architecture professionals in network and unified communications.
• Split role between hands-on architecture and management.
• Develop and drive the solutions architecture vision and strategy.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Project Managers and Senior Solutions Consultants to deliver offerings.
• Coach, mentor, and manage all Solutions Architecture Team members.
• Build senior-level relationships with stakeholders and vendors to generate client solutions.
• -drive business improvement through refining development processes and quality systems.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive innovations.
