Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Senior Solutions Development Architect to lead transformation for Service Providers across APJ, with a focus on Australia and New Zealand. You will engage with senior technology leaders to shape practical roadmaps for modernising IP routing, optical transport, automation and network assurance and translate strategy into deliverable solutions.

You will operate at strategic and technical levels, mentoring architects and engineers, and partnering with Cisco Sales, CX, delivery

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in service provider networks or large enterprises.
Deep expertise in transport networking and related architectures.
Ability to translate technology challenges into business outcomes.
Experience engaging C-level stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Shape customer transformation across the full lifecycle.
Engage senior leaders to understand priorities and transformation objectives.
Develop practical roadmaps to modernise transport networks.
Connect technology decisions to business outcomes like cost and reliability.
Build trusted advisory relationships with service provider customers.
Lead solution strategy across core domains (Routing, Optical, Automation).
Collaborate with CX delivery teams and partners to define scope and migration paths.
Drive new ideas in automation and AI-enabled operations.
