Job summary

Seers Digital in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for a major digital transformation for a federal government client. The role combines architecture leadership with delivery oversight across applications, integrations, data, identity, payments and security.

You will translate requirements into architecture models, guide procurement and supplier evaluation, and provide technical leadership through design reviews and deployment.

Qualifications

• Extensive solution architecture experience across large digital transformation programs, preferably in government.
• Demonstrated architecture leadership on complex transactional, digital or workflow solutions from discovery through delivery.
• Strong experience designing applications, integrations, data flows, identity services and secure access controls.

Responsibilities

• Define the target architecture, delivery roadmap and design principles.
• Lead solution design across portals, workflows, integrations, data, identity and payments.
• Translate requirements into architecture models and technical specifications.
• Define security, privacy, accessibility, performance and resilience requirements.
• Design APIs and integrations with enterprise platforms and external providers.
• Prepare architecture documentation to support procurement and supplier decisions.
• Provide technical leadership through reviews, testing, migration and handover.
