ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Solution Architect in Melbourne for a high-profile digital transformation within a government environment. You will own end-to-end solution design, define target architectures and ensure security, privacy and operational readiness for a procurement-ready solution.

You will work with program leadership, project managers, business analysts and service designers to deliver scalable and resilient architecture across applications, integration, data and identity

Formación

• Extensive experience delivering architecture for large digital programs.
• Strong: Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and security architecture.
• Experience with vendor engagements and procurement activities.

Responsabilidades

• Define target architecture and roadmaps for a major program.
• Lead end-to-end solution design across apps, integrations and data.
• Ensure security, privacy, performance and governance requirements.
• Produce architecture artefacts and procurement-ready docs.
• Provide leadership through market engagement and vendor assessments.
• Support design, testing, deployment and transition to BAU.
