Job summary

IAG invites a seasoned Solution Architect to lead architecture across Contact Centre Technology, aligning business outcomes with technology direction. Based in Gadigal Country (Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne), you will collaborate across business, product, EA, engineering and external partners to translate complex problems into practical recommendations.

You’ll maintain an integrated solution view, develop current‑state and target‑state architectures, and guide design reviews, ensuring governance

Qualifications

• Five+ years designing and leading complex enterprise solutions.
• Experience with enterprise contact centre technologies and architecture governance.
• Ability to translate complex architecture into business outcomes and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide sustained solution architecture leadership across Contact Centre Technology, connecting business outcomes and technology direction.
• Lead architecture deliverables and maintain an integrated solution view across related initiatives.
• Develop current‑state and target‑state architectures traceable to outcomes and requirements.
• Ensure governance and secure transformation with practical transition planning.
