Job summary

The role focuses on supervision, strategic advice, and delivering training while collaborating with a dynamic legal team to protect communities.

Qualifications

• Eligible to hold NSW Government practising certificate as a Government legal practitioner.
• Extensive litigation and complex advisory experience.
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor legal staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level legal advice and litigation services.
• Shaping legal strategy and policy in areas of law.
• Supervise and guide legal staff to ensure quality services.
• Deliver legal education and training to stakeholders.
• Represent the Department in courts and tribunals on complex matters.
