Job summary

Quorum Software is seeking an Expert to design and deliver solutions for clients across energy sectors. You will act as the technical face of the company, building trust with clients, guiding implementation, and ensuring value delivery throughout projects.

The role requires overseeing multiple full-cycle engagements, mentoring staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote solution adoption and repeat business. Hybrid work and domestic/international travel are involved.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 10+ years of consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Energy Components.
• Experience leading 5+ full-cycle implementation projects.
• Strong Oracle/Java skills and solution delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants across engagements, directing work and ensuring quality.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to keep scope, schedule and budget on track.
• Perform software implementations at energy sector leaders.
• Deliver hands-on project execution supporting program goals.
• Ensure client needs are fulfilled with high-quality service before, during, and after go-live.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote professional growth.
