Job summary

Sofico in Sydney is seeking a Software Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of experience to contribute to our in-house Miles ERP, covering automotive finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management. The role involves end-to-end development across front, middle and back-office functions and extensive customization by configuration or code.

You will join a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment, collaborate with fellow developers, consultants and testers, and engage with Sofico’s global

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience as Full Stack or Backend developer.
• Proficiency in Java 17, Java EE7, SQL/JPA, Hibernate.
• Exposure to Monolithic and Microservices architectures.
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Sofico's in-house Miles ERP for automotive finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management.
• Work in an agile team with developers, consultants and testers on end-to-end business processes.
• Collaborate across a Java community to share knowledge and best practices and drive solution delivery.
• Contribute to customization projects for clients and ongoing improvements to existing applications.
