Easygo in Sydney seeks a Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack to work across meaningful product and platform challenges. You will code, review, and troubleshoot to ensure scalable, high-quality software while shaping architecture and mentoring teammates.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers, own medium-sized components, and help the team accelerate through robust CI/CD, cloud services, and modern web technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in CS or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on software engineering with backend focus.
  • Experience with Node.js, Microservices, Docker, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GC).
  • CI/CD tools such as AWS CodePipeline or GitHub Actions experience.
  • Proficiency in WebSockets, Pub/Sub, TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch.
  • Strong architecture, observability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Code, test, debug, and troubleshoot for quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Lead technical discussions and drive team performance and OKRs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to convey complex concepts.
  • Deliver medium-sized projects end-to-end and identify improvement opportunities.
