Qualifications

• T-shaped engineer with web or mobile depth and full-stack capability.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and React Native across platforms.
• Understanding of mobile build, deployment, and native modules.
• Experience with AI-enabled SDLC and AI copilots in professional workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
• Apply AI-enabled SDLC practices across the full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Own features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Champion code quality, performance, accessibility, and security across platforms.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools to improve velocity and quality in engineering workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers on technical delivery and AI-assisted workflows.
• Participate in architectural decisions balancing web/mobile reuse, performance, and maintainability.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and AI-driven build/test optimization.
