Job summary

Domain is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve the CRE platform powering Australia’s commercial property marketplace. You’ll collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering to deliver scalable, reliable software and help set technical direction.

You will also mentor engineers, improve performance, and drive engineering excellence across the platform, working with AWS, .NET/C#, and modern front-end technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production-grade software with architectural trade-offs.
• Strong knowledge of .NET/C# development and cloud-native apps on AWS.
• Proficient with relational databases and modern front-end tech (React/Next.js/TypeScript).

Senior Software Engineer - CRE

Step into a pivotal role on a tight-knit development team managing Domain's Commercial Real Estate (CRE) platform . We create customer-centric products powered by Domain's market-leading data assets to solve genuine problems for our users.

As a Senior Software Engineer , you'll play a key role in designing, building, and evolving the technology that powers Domain's commercial property marketplace. Working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering peers, you'll help deliver scalable, performant and reliable solutions while contributing to technical direction, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement across the platform.

What You'll Do

• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services.

• Build clean, maintainable, and rigorously tested code.

• Deliver impactful features and essential fixes directly to production.

• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and engineering best practices.
