Job summary

Pearson Carter Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing technology team in Brisbane. You will work across frontend and backend systems, own technical solutions and contribute to architecture decisions.

This role requires 5 years of commercial software development, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with React or Angular, Node.js or .NET, REST APIs, SQL and cloud experience in AWS or Azure.

Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial software development experience.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Backend development experience with Node.js, C#/.NET or similar.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Git and Agile development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of technical projects.
