Job summary

Freedom Financial Superannuation Solutions in Canberra is seeking an SMSF Accountant to prepare and review SMSF financial statements, annual returns, and audit documentation for a portfolio of clients. You will act as the primary accounting contact, ensuring SIS compliance and liaising with trustees, auditors and advisers.

You will mentor junior staff, provide technical support, and contribute to workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in SMSF accounting and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of contributions, pensions, and SIS compliance.
• Proficient with Class Super (preferred), BGL, or equivalent.
