DyFlex Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Talent Consultant to lead design, implementation, optimization and support of SmartRecruiters and other Talent modules for clients across industries.

You will work with HR, IT and TA stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable recruitment technology, mentor junior consultants, and ensure successful delivery from discovery through go-live, testing and deployment.

Competenze

• Hands-on SmartRecruiters implementation and configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and talent processes.
• Experience leading client workshops and requirements gathering.
• Proven consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.

Mansioni

• Lead SmartRecruiters and other Talent modules implementation and enhancement projects from discovery through to go-live.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Configure SmartRecruiters and other Talent module solutions aligned with client needs.
• Provide strategic advice on recruitment process optimisation and talent transformation.
• Design and document solution architectures and process maps.
• Manage client relationships and act as trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
• Support testing activities, including UAT planning and execution.
• Collaborate with integration partners, technical consultants, and project managers.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and value creation for clients.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the DyFlex consulting practice.
