Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience as a Small Engine Mechanic.
- Certificate III in Outdoor Power Equipment Technology or equivalent.
- References, recent pay stubs, valid passport and police clearance.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair small engine equipment to ensure reliable operation.
- Perform preventative maintenance and services to extend lifespan.
- Replace or repair defective parts and adjust equipment for optimal performance.
- Advise customers on maintenance and care to improve longevity.
- Keep thorough records of maintenance, repairs and parts inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe workshop and follow safety protocols.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service to deliver excellent support.
