Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair small engine equipment to ensure reliable operation.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to maximise machinery lifespan.
- Replace or repair defective parts and optimise performance.
- Advise customers on maintenance and care of equipment.
- Maintain records of maintenance, repairs and parts inventory.
- Keep workshop clean and adhere to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support customers.
