Fetch Recruitment Pty, in Perth, is partnering with a well-regarded WA builder to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a $20 million government school project. Take ownership of day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

This permanent role suits hands-on leaders with a strong WA construction background and experience with Procore. The salary range is $180,000–$200,000 plus super, depending on experience.

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience with government or education projects is highly regarded.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Solid understanding of WA construction practices, safety and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of site delivery including safety, quality, program and logistics.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain productivity and workflow.
• Manage construction sequencing and short-term lookahead programs.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and government project requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance, inspections, defects and project handover.
