Job summary

Signarama South Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to drive daily workshop operations and lead a skilled team in Brisbane. You will quote jobs, produce signage, and oversee installations, ensuring premium quality and customer satisfaction.

You will manage a small team including an in-house Graphic Designer and a Sign Maker, coordinating work across quoting, manufacturing and final installation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on signage experience.
• Experience leading a small production/installation team.
• Capable across quoting to final installation.
• Strong computer skills and quick learner of quoting/invoicing software.
• Excellent customer service with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Signarama South Brisbane is looking for a skilled, hands-on Site Manager to drive our daily workshop operations and lead a dilligent, talented team.

In this dynamic role, you will oversee signage projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for quoting jobs, producing signage, and completing high-quality installations.You will also manage a small, dedicated team—including an in-houseGraphic Designerand a Sign Maker- ensuring every job meets our premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management: Accurately quote, manufacture, and install a wide variety of signage.
• Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and coordinate daily tasks for our designer and sign maker.
• Workflow & Quality Control: Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to an exceptional standard.
• Admin & Systems: Utilize our internal computer systems to generate accurate quotes and client invoices.

What We Are Looking For:

• Signage Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the signage industry is essential.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing or leading a small production/installation team.
• Full-Service Capability: Confident across all stages of trade—from initial quoting right through to final installation.
• Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and operate specialized quoting and invoicing software.
• Strong Communication: Excellent customer service skills and a sharp eye for detail.
