Job summary

Berridge Cooper in Melbourne is seeking a motivated signage installer to join our high-performing team. You will work with our project management group to plan and execute installation works and ensure delivery aligns with project scope.

The successful applicant will have 4+ years in signage installation/manufacturing, strong OHSE knowledge, and a current Australian driver’s license, with a AFP police check. Autonomy and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in signage installation & manufacturing.
• Experience with large construction wayfinding & statutory installation.
• Install optical clear and frosted film to glazing.
• Install digital prints to walls.
• Knowledge of mechanical and chemical fixings for freestanding/cantilever signs.
• In-depth knowledge of LED wiring circuits.
• Foundations for freestanding signs.
• Understand National Statutory Code for signage.
• Strong OHSE understanding.
• White card, EWP, working at heights & high-risk tickets.
• Current Australian driver’s license.
• Clean AFP police check.
• Strong planning and time management.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Great communication with clients, team & suppliers.
• Organised, able to prioritise & meet deadlines.
• Initiative to work autonomously and be agile.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform installation works across projects.
• Complete site surveys to assist project scope.
