This role leads human-centred design across service ecosystems, collaborating with business stakeholders, delivery teams, researchers, architects and technical specialists to create accessible, efficient services aligned to organisational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service design in large, complex organisations.
• Expertise in human-centred design, design thinking and service design.
• Skilled at creating customer journeys, blueprints and ecosystem maps.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to translate research into actionable insights.
• Experience in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent executive-level communication.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service design activities across discovery, design and delivery phases.
• Conduct and synthesise customer and stakeholder research to identify user needs.
• Develop service blueprints, customer journeys, ecosystem maps and future-state models.
• Facilitate workshops, co-design sessions and stakeholder engagements.
• Translate research insights into actionable recommendations and requirements.
• Support the design, testing and validation of prototypes and service concepts.
• Collaborate with product, business and technology teams to embed customer-centered outcomes.
• Contribute to service strategy, operating model design and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present findings and service concepts to senior stakeholders and executives.
