Job summary

ACG Integration is a leader in enterprise electronic security, offering a role as Senior Service Technician across data centers and construction sites in NSW. You will troubleshoot and service complex electronic security systems including intruder alarms, access control and CCTV, while expanding your knowledge in Genetec, Gallagher and Integriti.

The role involves training apprentices, working with a national team, and maintaining high standards of safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• NV1 clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Security Licence for the state of work
• Desirable Genetec accreditation or ability to obtain
• White Card held or willing to obtain

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, installation, commissioning, design and engineering of security solutions as directed by management
• Provide quality workmanship relevant to the task
• Complete testing in accordance with relevant standards
• Provide on-the-job training of apprentices
• Assist Project Manager to achieve project objectives
• Assist Service Co-ordinator to achieve service objectives
• Be part of the after-hours on-call roster
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for each project/service
