Job description

Help strengthen and protect Credit Corp's global technology environment by leading security risk and governance initiatives, influencing key business decisions, and driving continuous improvement across a growing international organisation.

Why Join Us?
  • Play a critical role in shaping and improving cyber security outcomes across Australia, New Zealand, the USA and the Philippines.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, leading technology vendors and external auditors to influence security strategy and risk management practices.
  • Enjoy the stability of an ASX-listed organisation, flexible hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to grow your cyber security career.
Role Purpose

Reporting to the Systems and Security Manager, the Senior Security Risk Analyst will play a pivotal role in strengthening Credit Corp's cyber security capability across Australia, New Zealand, the USA and the Philippines. You'll help identify and manage security risks, influence key technology and business decisions, and ensure the organisation remains resilient in an evolving threat landscape.

As Credit Corp continues to invest in its security maturity and risk management capability, this role offers the opportunity to work across security governance, vulnerability management, audits, incident preparedness and strategic technology initiatives. Partnering with technology teams, business leaders, vendors and auditors, you'll have a direct impact on improving security outcomes, supporting regulatory compliance and shaping the future direction of our cyber security program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead security risk, vulnerability management and governance initiatives that strengthen Credit Corp's overall cyber security posture.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, compliance activities and security assurance programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and recognised industry frameworks.
  • Partner with technology, project and business teams to provide practical security guidance, assess risks and embed effective security controls into new initiatives and operational change.
  • Drive continuous improvement across security reporting, policy governance, incident preparedness and security awareness programs.
  • Collaborate with security vendors, service providers and external partners to monitor performance, manage risk and deliver ongoing improvements to security outcomes.
What We're Looking For
  • Significant experience in cyber security, security risk management, information security governance or related security assurance roles.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards and best practices, including risk management, vulnerability management, audit and compliance activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence positive business outcomes.
  • Experience working with enterprise security technologies, third-party security providers, auditors and complex technology environments.
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach, with strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.
What's In It For You?

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a role where your expertise will directly contribute to strengthening the security posture of a complex, multinational organisation. In your first 6 to 12 months, you'll play a key role in driving security risk reduction initiatives, enhancing governance processes, supporting major audits and delivering measurable improvements across vulnerability management and compliance programs.

You’ll join a collaborative technology team where cyber security is a strategic priority and where your insights, recommendations and expertise will influence business-wide outcomes.

  • Flexible hybrid working and a strong focus on work-life balance.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Exposure to a broad range of security technologies, frameworks, vendors and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities within a growing ASX-listed organisation.

We offer a range of benefits, including wellbeing support through EAP and gym discounts, health insurance benefits, novated leasing options, member rates for car share providers, a relaxed dress code and complimentary breakfast snacks and fresh fruit in the office.
