MSS Security is seeking an experienced Senior Security Officer for a high-profile client site in Sydney CBD. The role emphasizes security, customer service, communication and teamwork within a professional environment.

The successful candidate will ensure a safe and secure atmosphere for staff, visitors, and contractors, while maintaining a professional security presence and providing guidance on security procedures. A Permanent Full-Time position with excellent transport access is available.

Qualifications

• Certificate II in Security Operations is required.
• Current NSW Security Licence is required.
• First Aid and CPR Certificate required.
• White Card required.
• Full working rights in Australia required.
• Experience in a professional security environment is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular internal and external security patrols.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems.
• Manage site access control and visitor management.
• Respond to and manage security incidents.
• Complete accurate and detailed incident reports.
• Provide professional directions to staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Maintain a highly visible, professional security presence.
• Coordinate security activities with team members as required.
