Voyages Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a Senior Security Officer to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, overseeing day-to-day security operations and leading the Security Officers in the absence of management.

The role requires security certifications and licenses, a full Australian drivers licence, and the ability to obtain ASIC, NT Security Officer and Crowd Control licenses, plus RSA. A rewarding package includes hotel-like benefits and relocation support.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor guest and resident’s behaviours and respond to complaints and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
• Patrolling, watching, guarding and protecting people and infrastructure including responding to alarm call outs (Fire/Security).
• Ensuring any unauthorised personnel on site are reported to management.
• Act as the designated team leader for Security Officers, providing operational guidance and coordinating resources.
• In the absence of senior security leaders, direct security operations and lead the team to ensure safety of the Resort.

Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Senior Security Officer to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Security Officer to ensure the safety of all staff, guests, trainees and residents and the security of all assets belonging to Voyages Ayers Rock Resort, Yulara. The Senior Security Officer provides day-to-day operational leadership to Security Officers and, in the absence of Security Management and the Security Supervisor, assumes responsibility for directing and coordinating security operations across the Resort

To be considered for this role we ask you to have:

• Minimum Certificate II in Security & Senior First Aid Certificate (both current for minimum 6 months)
• Ability to obtain and hold an ASIC (Aviation Security identity Card)
• The ability to obtain and hold a Northern Territory Security Officer and Crowd Control licenses
• The ability to obtain and hold your RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
• Valid Full Australian Drivers Licence

Key Duties

• Monitor guest and resident’s behaviours and respond to complaints and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
• Patrolling, watching, guarding and protecting VITA people and infrastructure including responding to alarm call outs (Fire/Security). These tasks may be undertaken on foot or in a vehicle.
• Ensuring any unauthorised personnel on site are reported to management.
• Act as the designated team leader for Security Officers, providing operational guidance, coordinating resources, and maintaining service delivery standards.
• In the absence of the Security Manager, Assistant Security Manager and Security Supervisor, assumes responsibility for directing security operations and leading the security team to ensure the continued safety and security of the Resort
