Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Sydney is seeking a Senior Managed Services Information Security Analyst to monitor, analyze, and report on client data to deliver security insights and recommendations.

You will participate in 24/7 CDC rotations, tune MSSP platform and SIEM, respond to incidents, perform threat hunting, and contribute to automation and documentation while partnering with clients and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or related field.
• Professional security certifications are advantageous.
• Experience operating in a global services environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in 24/7 CDC operations with rotating shifts.
• Tune MSSP platform and client SIEM for efficient detection and reporting.
• Monitor security logs from client environments and investigate incidents.
• Suggest improvements to security tools, processes and documentation.
• Develop automation ideas to improve delivery and client outcomes.
• Engage with clients to explain findings and recommended changes.
