Job summary

Peoplebank Australia SA is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to work for our client based in the Adelaide CBD on a 12 month initial contract. The role allows a hybrid setup but you MUST be based in South Australia with full work rights.

Responsibilities include Windows 365 operations, Intune device management, Prisma integration, policy updates, cloud security reviews, and collaboration with security, infrastructure and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of Cyber Security experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong Intune and Cloud PC administration experience.
• Deep understanding of Entra ID, CA, Enterprise Applications, access controls and PIM.
• Experience with Prisma and hybrid environments.
• Microsoft Defender/EDR experience and security/compliance review for new tech.

Peoplebank are looking for aSenior Security Engineer to work for our client based in the Adelaide CBD on a 12 month initial contract.

Responsibilities will include:

• Support Windows 365 operations, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
• Assist with the deployment, management, and troubleshooting of Intune-managed mobile devices.
• Assist with Prisma and systems integration and issue resolution.
• Contribute to policy development and platform design updates.
• Provide security review and implementation support for cloud technologies.
• Work collaboratively with security, infrastructure, and operational teams to resolve complex issues and support ongoing service delivery.
• The person will have access to other architects (Enterprise or Solution Architect) who will provide background, context and support.
• However, this person will be expected to work autonomously to provide oversight, guidance and review to technology vendors, support service providers and operations staff.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5-7+ years of Cyber Security experience, working in complex, enterprise environments.
• Strong Intune and Cloud PC administration experience.
• Deep understanding and experience of Entra ID, including Conditional Access, Enterprise Applications, access controls, and PIM.
• Prisma experience and knowledge.
• Experience managing hybrid environments.
• Microsoft Defender / EDR experience.
• Security and compliance review experience for new technology implementations.
