Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking an experienced Security Architect to lead and mature our cyber security architecture across cloud, applications, networks, identity and data platforms. You will set secure-by-design principles, guide governance, and collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to protect critical services for vulnerable Australians.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Security Architect or similar role.
• Certification CISSP or CCSP or SABSA.
• Experience with TOGAF, SABSA or Zachman.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks including NIST and ISO 27001.
• Experience in large, complex organisational environments and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber security architecture strategy across cloud, network, applications, data, IAM and IGA domains.
• Develop and maintain the security architecture roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Represent Cyber Security within architecture governance forums and contribute to technology decision-making.
• Establish and lead security architecture review processes across projects and initiatives.
• Design and maintain security reference architectures, standards and blueprints for key platforms and services.
• Lead threat modelling and security risk assessments using MITRE ATT&CK and STRIDE.
• Provide security architecture guidance to project and operational teams across the organisation.
• Support ongoing improvement of security architecture practices, standards and governance.
