Job summary

Secure Parking is seeking a SecureTech Engineer (senior IT field support engineer) to support parking equipment and related IT systems across our NSW Sydney car parks, ensuring maintenance, rapid repairs and regular preventive work.

You will troubleshoot IT infrastructure, electrical systems and CCTV, train junior staff, work on a fixed roster including weekends, and travel to site with a valid driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT infrastructure systems and diagnostics.
• Electrical trades knowledge for field maintenance and safety.
• Proficient troubleshooting and fault diagnostics.
• Understanding of CCTV systems and surveillance applications.
• Unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Identify software/hardware issues in parking equipment and repair to restore operations.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on parking equipment and IT systems.
• Install and test parking equipment, cabling, and related IT systems at new sites.
• Maintain asset location, configuration, and health status records.
• Document issues, steps taken, and outcomes with times on site and travel.
• Monitor the work queue to ensure timely action and resolution.
• Collaborate with SecureTech Lead, Team Leader, and customers.
