Petit Crenn Melbourne is seeking experienced Senior Section Waiters to join our opening front-of-house team in Melbourne. You will greet guests, take orders, and provide knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations while delivering exceptional service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods.

The role requires a passion for French cuisine, strong English communication, and the ability to upsell with confidence.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years as a Senior Section Waiter in a premium la carte restaurant, cafe or wine bar.
• Demonstrated passion for food and wine.
• RSA certification and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages to tables.
• Make recommendations and upsell dishes and drinks.
• Maintain impeccable presentation, cleanliness and health standards.
• Ensure RSA, food safety, and safety policies are followed.
