Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, is seeking an experienced SOC delivery professional to join the APAC SecOps Modernisation team in NSW. You will own customer engagements end-to-end, lead detection engineering, manage log pipelines, and drive SIEM/SOAR migrations to completion.

We expect 5–8 years in SOC operations or security engineering, with hands-on SIEM/SOAR experience and strong stakeholder management to translate technical work into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in SOC operations or security engineering, with 2–3 years in delivery roles.
• Hands-on detection engineering and tuning in a SIEM environment.
• Experience with SOAR and end-to-end security engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate findings into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC maturity assessments with workshops and remediation roadmaps.
• Own detection engineering delivery from design to rule tuning and content reuse.
• Manage log ingestion, data quality, and cost-aware retention policies.
• Run SIEM/SOAR migrations using Modernisation Factory methodology.
• Act as primary delivery contact, manage stakeholders and milestones.
• Mentor Senior Analysts and contribute to playbooks and methodologies.
