Job summary

Softtest pays pty ltd in Canberra seeks an EL1 Scrum Master for NDIA ICT projects. You will lead one or more squads, coordinate Agile ceremonies and work with BAs, QA, Service Design, UX/UI and Dev teams under the Project Manager.

Australian citizens with NV1 clearance living in Australia only; you will manage burndown tracking, backlogs, risk and issue resolution, and foster servant leadership to deliver a world-leading National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Qualifications

• Australian citizens with NV1 clearance.
• Residents of Australia only.
• Experience leading multiple agile project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more squads in an Agile environment, delivering ICT project outcomes.
• Coordinate scrum ceremonies and backlog management with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with BAs, QA, Service Design, UX/UI and Development teams.
• Provide servant leadership and oversight of planning, estimation and delivery.
• Track burndown, velocity and sprint metrics; manage risks and issues.
