• PhD or equivalent in a relevant science; solid publication record preferred.
• Minimum 3 years post-PhD industry experience in lab settings.
• Proven ability to design and run complex experimental programs.
• Strong understanding of electrochemistry and battery tech.
• Experience with materials characterisation techniques.
• Experience in product development and technical project management.
• Experience in quality-controlled laboratory environments.
• Background in lithium-ion batteries or energy storage is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and technical reporting skills.
• Mentoring or guiding junior scientists.

• Design and execute targeted experiments to support product development and commercialization.
