Faith Lutheran College seeks a Senior School Phase Leader (Wellbeing) to advance student wellbeing and lead across multiple phases in a developing phase leadership model. You will work with students, families, teachers and College leaders to cultivate belonging, resilience and flourishing.

The role sits within a forward‑looking, faith‑based college culture and is part of a five-year strategy to move to a stage-based model for Years 7–12.

Competenze

• Proven capacity to lead student wellbeing initiatives that support positive engagement, belonging, and flourishing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, leaders, families, and external agencies to achieve positive student outcomes.
• Experience supporting student behaviour, restorative practices, and relational approaches that align with the College's values and culture.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills that foster trust, collaboration, and community connection.
• Ability to use wellbeing, engagement, and attendance data to inform decision-making and targeted interventions.
• Capacity to mentor and support staff in developing inclusive and positive classroom cultures.
• A demonstrated commitment to evidence-informed wellbeing practices and continuous improvement.
• Agility and leadership capability to work effectively across different stages of learning and contribute to a developing phase leadership model.
• A commitment to the mission, values, and Lutheran ethos of Faith Lutheran College and the ability to lead with authenticity, compassion, professionalism, and courage.
