Job summary

Bytewize IT Consulting seeks experienced IT professionals for the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP) in Victoria. Roles span contract, casual, or permanent employment, with responsibilities to maintain ICT infrastructure across education sites and support both staff and students.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of industry experience, including TSSP exposure and extensive education-sector ICT, along with enterprise IT support background. A police/background check is required.

Qualifications

• Not entry-level positions; 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience within the TSSP program preferred.
• Strong background in education-sector ICT.
• Equivalent senior-level enterprise IT support experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership and deliver ICT training when required.
