Job summary

Assisi Catholic College, Upper Coomera, is seeking an experienced Senior School Finance Officer to lead the College’s finance operations with high-quality financial administration. The role includes additional weeks during school holiday periods as negotiated.

The successful candidate will manage reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, cashiering, reporting, and related administrative duties within a Catholic education context.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts or finance role.
• Developing and implementing financial management processes.
• Understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Flexible to meet school demands and take initiative.
• Strong negotiating and communication skills with Parents/Guardians; maintain confidentiality.
• Not required to be Catholic.
