Job summary

COSOL seeks an experienced SAP Supply Chain Architect to lead solution design, governance, and consulting across the SAP Practice. You will own architecture across engagements, support pre-sales, mentor consultants, and contribute to OSS capabilities and IP.

You will collaborate with Capability Manager SAP, Project Managers, and Capability Leads to ensure delivery standards, align resources, and accelerate future SAP implementations in an asset-intensive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years SAP Supply Chain experience with progression to architecture or principal consultant.
• Deep technical foundation across MM, WM/EWM, inventory management, and procurement.
• Strong understanding of cross-module integration with FI/CO, SD, and PP.
• Pre-sales experience and ability to shape solutions and proposals.
• AMS or managed services background with escalation and optimisation experience.
• Experience with SAP RISE readiness and S/4HANA landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own the supply chain solution architecture across engagements, defining design approach and ensuring commercial viability.
• Lead functional reviews of SAP environments and translate requirements into defensible SAP designs.
• Set and uphold design standards; develop reusable solution IP and provide guidance to consultants.
• Partner with the Capability Manager to shape opportunities and lead discovery workshops.
• Produce SOWs, solution architectures, ROM estimates, and detailed effort estimates.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy and supervise SAP readiness for RISE and S/4HANA migrations.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with AMS to resolve complex tickets and deliver improvements.
