Job summary

The Bridge Search is partnering with a major retail group on their ERP Transformation, and we're seeking a Senior Solution Architect who brings genuine functional depth in Retail, Supply Chain or Finance. This role shapes large programs, guiding solution design, simplifying integrations and governance across six workstreams.

You'll work with senior stakeholders, drive clean-core outcomes, and ensure the program stays aligned to Target Architecture while delivering scalable, future‑ready ERP

Qualifications

• Strong functional architecture experience in Retail, Supply Chain or Finance.
• 10+ years in enterprise solution architecture.
• Deep SAP experience across S/4HANA, BTP, MDG, and ideally SuccessFactors.
• Experience in large-scale ERP or transformation programs.
• Ability to challenge vendors, simplify complexity and drive clean-core outcomes.
• Calm, structured communication style with senior stakeholders.
