Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP transformation leader to drive enterprise modernization across SAP ecosystems, including S/4HANA in cloud and on-premises. You will engage with CIOs/CTOs, shape strategic directions, and guide multi-disciplinary teams to deliver value.

You will lead client advisory discussions, manage critical incidents with executives, and advocate cloud-based transformations across industries, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading SAP technical enterprise transformation programs/projects.
• 8+ years in Cloud/Infrastructure Technologies and IT consulting roles.
• 6+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Cloud certification (Azure, AWS, Google) or security certs.
• Experience with Consumer Goods industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; higher ed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build advisory relationships with strategic accounts and senior client stakeholders.
• Identify priorities, objections, and design strategies across SAP ecosystem.
• Lead with executive presence in face-to-face executive interactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers during critical incidents; focus on C-level.
• Chair executive committee meetings to monitor delivery and satisfaction.
• Provide SAP S/4HANA cloud/domain expertise and promote Accenture offerings.
• Motivate delivery teams to meet customer expectations and resolve issues.
• Advise on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and security.
